Having worked at three Am Law 100 firms, including as a Director of Business Development and Practice Management at two of the firms, her greatest value is understanding how firms make hiring decisions and how to make her candidates shine in the hiring process, often with ample business development counseling as part of the equation.
A native Houstonian and active recruiter in Texas and other core markets, half of my work is in Washington, D.C., where my husband and I lived for 14 years. These years launched my career in the legal industry and gave me a deep understanding of the legal and policy arenas, bipartisan contacts, Capitol Hill and the Executive Branch, and an appreciation of the “revolving door” in D.C.
