As a senior associate in Real Estate from a V15 RE firm, I had already interviewed with another firm in Texas before contacting the Saltu team. They prefaced the conversation by saying that while senior associate to partner moves are extremely rare, they’d be willing to market me on a no-names basis. Although I originally received an offer to join the firm as a counsel, the Saltu team advocated for me to to come over as a partner and the firm accommodated.
